Issue/Rationale
Pursuant to School Board direction, the Agreement has been prepared. Legal counsel for both parties have been involved with its development. The Agreement not only contains provisions for financial commitments, but also provisions specific to the school sites.
Recommended Action
Table the item to a time certain of August 17, 2006.
